What does Hongxiu do?
Hongxiu is a professional swimwear manufacturer offering ready-to-sell styles, private label service, and OEM/ODM custom production, including sampling, fabric selection, printing, trims, packaging, and bulk manufacturing.
What is MOQ for private label swimwear?
Ready-to-sell styles have no MOQ. Private label / ODM bulk orders usually start from 50 pcs per style per color. OEM custom bulk orders usually start from 100 pcs per style per color. Special fabrics, colors, or techniques may require 300 pcs.
How does sampling work and how much does it cost?
The process is: send requirements/designs → quotation → sampling → revisions → sample approval → bulk order. ODM samples start from USD 30/pc; OEM samples start from USD 50/pc. Extra costs may apply for printing, special fabrics, or special techniques. Sample fees can be refunded when bulk order quantity exceeds 300 pcs per style.
What is the bulk order process?
Sample approval and order confirmation → fabric and trim sourcing → cutting → bulk production → in-line quality control → final inspection → packaging → shipment by air or sea.
How long does custom swimwear sampling take?
ODM samples usually take about 7 working days. OEM samples usually take 7-14 days. Bulk production usually takes around 28 days, depending on order quantity, factory schedule, and complexity. Printing may add 4-7 days.
What fabrics are used for swimwear production?
Common swimwear fabrics include nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex. Nylon feels softer and is often used for solid colors, while polyester has better color fastness and is recommended for printed designs. Matte/shiny nylon and matte/shiny polyester are available. Standard lining is polyester-spandex PK lining.
What shipping options are available?
We support air freight and sea freight. Air freight usually takes 10+ days, while sea freight usually takes 30-40 days. Samples are usually shipped by international express or air freight, taking around 7-15 working days.
