Print on Demand Swimwear
Put your artwork on swimwear we already make well. Pick a style, design it in the browser, and we print it per order - no screens to burn, no sample rounds, no stock sitting in a warehouse.

How print on demand works
- Pick a style. Every POD product lists its price per piece, available sizes, size chart and print process up front. Browse the POD catalog →
- Open the designer. Press Start designing on a product page and the editor loads that style's printable pieces. Open the designer →
- Build the artwork. Upload images, add text, or start from a preset print. Design the whole layout at once, or piece by piece.
- Check the preview. The product render updates as you work, with several views to look over before you commit.
- Send the inquiry. Set sizes and quantities in the order panel and submit. We confirm pricing and details, then produce and ship.
Inside the designer
The editor opens with the real pattern pieces of the style you chose. Tools sit on the left, the printable layout is in the middle, and the finished product renders on the right while you work.
Built around the garment
What you see on the canvas is the actual printable layout of the style - the same panels the factory prints on. Dashed guides show the print boundaries, so nothing important lands on a seam.

Artwork
Upload PNG, JPG or WEBP files up to 20 MB each, and stack several images as separate layers. Scale, rotate, flip, reset or delete any of them. Short on artwork? Preset prints are built in.
Text
Type your text and set the font, size and colour. Curve bends text along an arc, Spacing adjusts letter spacing, and Effects adds gradients, outlines and shadows.
Background & placement
Set a background colour for the printable area, drag artwork into position, and zoom in for detail work. Arrow keys nudge the selection when a few pixels matter.
Layers
Every image and text block appears in the layers panel. Select a layer to edit it, double-click text to rewrite it, or clear the canvas and start again.

Switch design modes at any time. Which one is right depends on the print you have in mind.
All pieces
One artwork is applied across the entire printable layout. The right choice for all-over prints and repeating patterns. Text and images added here flow across the whole garment.
Single piece
Design each panel on its own - front panel, collar, sleeves, back panel, bottom. The exact panels depend on the style. Place a logo on the chest and a print on the back without the two mixing.
The order panel
Everything needed to price the order sits next to the preview, so there is no form to fill in twice.

What does print on demand mean at Hongxiu?
You design an artwork online, we print it on the swimwear style you chose, one order at a time. Nothing is produced until you have confirmed the design, the sizes and the price.
Which styles can I design?
The whole POD catalog: bikini sets, one-pieces, tankinis, cover-ups, plus sizes, kids' and men's styles. Each product page shows its printable pieces, sizes and price per piece before you start.
What file formats can I upload?
PNG, JPG and WEBP images up to 20 MB each. Use high-resolution artwork for print - each product lists the recommended artwork size in its design notes.
Can I design each piece of the garment separately?
Yes. Single piece mode lists every printable panel of the style - front panel, collar, sleeves, back panel, bottom - so you can treat each one on its own. All pieces mode applies one artwork across the whole layout instead.
How fast is production?
Most POD styles list a five business day production cycle once the design and quantities are confirmed. Shipping time depends on the method you choose.
Can I see the result before anything is printed?
The designer preview shows your artwork on the garment from several views, and we confirm the design with you before production starts.
Can I sell POD without holding stock?
