How we ship samples and bulk orders — express, air and sea freight — with Incoterms and duties explained.

Shipping options

We ship worldwide from our factory. For samples and small orders we recommend international express (DHL, FedEx or similar), 4PX or air freight — all fully trackable. Sea or land freight only makes sense for larger volumes or when you are not in a hurry. Browse the styles you want to ship on our products page.

*Lead times are counted from dispatch, not from order or production, and vary by destination and remote areas. We share the tracking number by email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is shipped.

Estimate your shipping with 4PX

Use the 4PX rate calculator below to estimate express and air freight from our factory. Rates are an estimate only and exclude import duties and taxes.

Rates exclude duties and taxes — DDP available on request.

Express and air freight are billed on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ a factor set by the carrier), so package dimensions affect the final cost.

Reference: one regular bikini ≈ 0.15 kg · one plus-size one-piece ≈ 0.5 kg · suggested package size 25 × 25 × 5 cm per piece.

Duties & taxes

Express and air shipments default to DAP / DDU — the buyer pays import duties and taxes at the destination. If you prefer, contact us to ship DDP and we will pay the duties and taxes on your behalf.

Sea and land freight rates and transit times are quoted on request — we will confirm the exact cost and schedule for your route and volume.

Incoterms

We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU (DAP) and DDP. The freight cost you pay depends on which term we agree:

TermFreight paid byDuties & taxesWhat it means
EXWBuyerBuyerYou arrange and pay all transport from our factory.
FOBBuyerBuyerWe deliver to the named port and load; you pay the ocean freight and insurance.
CIFSellerBuyerFreight and insurance to the destination port are included; you handle import clearance and local costs.
DDU / DAPSellerBuyerWe deliver to your address; you pay import duties and taxes (delivery duty unpaid).
DDPSellerSellerWe deliver to your address and pay the duties and taxes on your behalf.

DDU is the older name for DAP — the two mean the same delivery arrangement. Payment terms for each order type are covered on our payment methods page.

Good to know

  • Tracking — every express, 4PX and air shipment is fully trackable; we send the tracking number once shipped.
  • Volumetric weight — express and air are billed on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, so packaging and dimensions matter.
  • Remote areas — some destinations have surcharges and longer delivery times; estimates may not cover these.
  • Insurance — optional and recommended for high-value orders. CIF includes insurance; for other terms it can be added on request.
  • Sea / land — quoted individually by route and volume; recommended only for large or non-urgent orders.

Common questions

How are samples shipped?

Samples go by international express (DHL, FedEx) or 4PX, fully tracked, usually arriving in around 7–14 working days. Shipping is quoted once the sample is ready and paid by you before dispatch.

Do you ship DDP?

Yes, on request. Most express and air shipments default to DAP / DDU with you paying duties and taxes at the destination; under DDP we pay them on your behalf.

What is the difference between DDU and DAP?

They describe the same delivery arrangement — we deliver to your address and you pay import duties and taxes. DDU is the older Incoterms name and DAP is the current one.

How long does sea freight take?

Typically 35+ working days depending on the route and port. We confirm the exact transit time when quoting — it is usually only worthwhile for large or non-urgent orders.

Do shipping estimates include taxes?

No — the calculator and our quotes exclude import duties and taxes. Tell us if you would like a DDP price and we will include them.
