Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to sample orders placed through Wear Hongxiu. The online sample payment covers one sample garment and a flat $20 sample shipping fee shown at checkout.
Sample Production Time
Our usual sample production lead time is 7 to 14 days. However, this timeline is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Production and dispatch may take longer depending on sample complexity, fabric availability, print requirements, pattern adjustments, requested revisions, approval delays, or other production conditions.
Shipping Fees
A flat $20 sample shipping fee is charged together with the website sample payment. Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, destination charges, or special shipping requirements remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping Method
You may choose your preferred logistics provider or shipping method. If you want to use your own shipping account or forwarder, please provide the required details before dispatch.
If the selected shipping method requires extra charges beyond the flat sample shipping fee, we will confirm the additional cost separately before dispatch.
Dispatch Timing
Samples will be dispatched after production is completed, shipping details are confirmed, and any required additional shipping fee has been settled.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the selected logistics provider, destination country or region, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee the final delivery date.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or destination charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
