Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to sample orders placed through Wear Hongxiu. By placing a sample order, you acknowledge that the payment is for one sample garment and the flat sample shipping fee shown at checkout.

Sample Orders Are Not Returnable

Sample orders are custom-made for product verification and are not eligible for return or standard refund after payment has been completed.

Quality Issues

If you believe there is a genuine production or quality issue with your sample, please contact us with clear supporting evidence, including photos, videos, order details, and a description of the issue.

After we review and verify the issue, we may arrange to remake the sample free of charge. This remedy applies only when the issue is confirmed after our inspection and review.

Changes, Preferences, and Expectations

Differences caused by subjective preferences, requested revisions, fabric or print limitations, display color differences, or changes in your requirements after production starts are not considered refundable quality issues.

Shipping Costs

The online sample payment includes a flat $20 sample shipping fee. Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, destination charges, or special shipping requirements remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
