Fabric sourcing
The more detail you give, the faster we can match. Key attributes: composition, weight (gsm), knit structure (warp or weft), stretch (two-way or four-way, with stretch percentage), surface finish (glossy or matte), thickness, opacity, color fastness to chlorine and UV, and whether it is for outer fabric or lining. For special fabrics, send clear reference images. The most accurate option is a physical swatch or swimwear sample — there is no size limit.
Trims sourcing
For trims, clear images or physical samples work best. If you're not sure what to specify, browse our preset styles on the shop — hang tags, bags, hygienic liners, TPU cut-away labels and heat transfer labels.

The search fee is non-refundable — it covers the sourcing work whether or not a match is found — but it is credited into the sample fee if the material is used for sampling.

Trim customisation
Send a clear design file — style, size, color and material — and we assess feasibility, then confirm MOQ and pricing with our trim suppliers. Common minimums:

How it works
- Send your requirements. Fabric or trim attributes, reference images, or a physical swatch / swimwear sample.
- We confirm. We check feasibility and quote the search fee — $20 per style.
- Pay the fee. Prepaid before sourcing starts.
- We source. Usually 3–5 working days; if there is no exact match, we propose the best alternatives.
- Continue. Move to sampling (the fee is credited) or straight to bulk.

Is the search fee refundable?
No — it covers the sourcing work whether or not a match is found. It is credited into your sample fee if the material moves to sampling.
What if you can't find the exact fabric or trim?
We propose the best alternatives before anything is ordered, so you can decide with full information.
Can I send a swatch instead of specifications?
Yes — a physical swatch or swimwear sample is the most accurate starting point, with no size limit.
What are the fabric customisation minimums?
Colors start at 600 yards. Polyester prints have no MOQ; nylon prints start at 50 yards.
What are the trim minimums?
They depend on the item — hang tags 200, poly bags 500, labels 200 per code, hygienic liners 1,000, heat transfer labels from 1 piece plus a $15 per-style mould fee, and metal engraving 500. Special sizes can run 5,000–10,000 pieces.
How long does sourcing take?
Finding samples takes 3–5 working days; customisation takes 10–15 working days.
