Payment Methods
How to pay, when payments are due, and what to expect — from samples to bulk orders.
Payment methods
For samples and small orders we accept PayPal, Wise, credit card and bank transfer. For bulk orders we prefer bank transfer (T/T) or Wise — they keep costs down on larger amounts.
| Method | Best for | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | Samples & small orders | Fast and convenient; transaction fees are paid by the customer. |
| Wise | Samples & bulk orders | Low fees; payment details are provided on your PI. |
| Credit card | Samples & small orders | Via a secure payment link; transaction fees are paid by the customer. |
| Bank transfer (T/T) | Bulk orders | Preferred for larger amounts; use the beneficiary details on your PI. |
For samples and small orders, payment transaction fees are paid by the customer. For bank transfer and Wise, any intermediary bank fees are confirmed before you pay.
Proforma invoice (PI)
A proforma invoice is issued for every order — samples included, whatever the size. It is the official document to review before you pay:
- Unit price, quantity and total amount — check these match your order.
- Payment terms — full payment for ready-to-sell and wholesale orders; for ODM and OEM, the deposit percentage and when the balance is due.
- Trade terms — the Incoterms (EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP / DDP) and shipping cost if confirmed.
- Currency — prices are quoted in the currency stated on the PI (usually USD); the PI amount is the reference for payment.
- Validity — the PI is valid for 7 days from issue, or as stated on the document.
- Bank details — beneficiary, bank and SWIFT/BIC. Always pay to the account shown on your PI.
Payment schedule
Samples
- The sample fee is paid in full before sampling starts, once feasibility is confirmed.
- Cancelling sampling is non-refundable. If we cannot produce the sample, we re-sample free of charge or refund the fee — see our sampling page.
Bulk orders
- Ready-to-sell and wholesale orders are paid in full before shipment.
- ODM and OEM production starts with a deposit of 30–50%; the exact percentage is stated on your PI, and production begins once it is received. Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
- The balance is paid before shipment — a sight T/T transfer. We arrange dispatch once it clears.
Freight and insurance are borne by different parties depending on the Incoterms agreed — see our logistics page for how each term works.
Payment security
Always pay to the bank account shown on your PI. We will never change our payment details without notice — if anyone asks you to send money to a different account, contact us directly to confirm before paying.
