This page covers development sampling for custom orders — ODM and OEM. If you're buying an existing style as private label, you can simply order one piece at our single-piece price instead. See private label or OEM for those processes.

The sample fee is paid in full before sampling starts, once feasibility is confirmed.
For styles heading into bulk production, we recommend using the two pieces as one base size and one largest size to verify the grading — still within the standard $50 fee. See how samples are checked.

Revisions
Two rounds of free adjustments are included. Each round beyond that costs $20. Pattern or construction changes (for example, a two-piece into a one-piece) are not part of sampling.
One feedback round counts as one revision — group your changes before sending feedback.
Refund & cancellation
The sample fee is fully refunded once bulk of the same style reaches 300 pieces — it is deducted from your bulk payment.
- If you cancel sampling, the fee is not refundable.
- If we can't produce the sample, we re-sample free of charge or refund the fee.
Payment & shipping
- The sample fee is paid in full before sampling starts.
- After the sample is ready, we quote shipping; you pay, and we send the sample.
- Samples are for approval only and are not for resale.
How it works
- Send your style details. Tech pack, front/back images or a swimwear sample — we confirm whether sampling is possible.
- Pay the sample fee. $50 per style, paid in full before sampling starts.
- Sampling runs. Usually 7—14 working days; special processes or fabrics add time. We keep you updated by email or WhatsApp throughout.
- Review & adjust. Before presenting the sample, we check it against your spec — measurements, fabric color, print placement and trims. You then check via photos or video; two rounds of free adjustments are included.
- Final approval. The approved sample becomes the production reference for bulk. Sample checks follow our quality control guide.
- Pay shipping, we ship. Shipping is quoted and paid by you, then the sample is sent.
Common questions
Is the sample fee refundable?
Yes — fully refunded when bulk of the same style reaches 300 pieces, deducted from your bulk payment. Cancellations are not refundable.
How many revisions are included?
Two free rounds; each round after that costs $20. Pattern or construction changes aren't supported.
