OEM Manufacturing
You bring the design — we bring the production line. From drawings, tech packs or a swimwear sample, we develop and manufacture swimwear to your specification.
Who this is for
OEM is for brands and designers with their own swimwear designs. The style comes from you — we handle development, sampling and production. Your own labels (TPU, heat transfer or woven) are applied at production.
How it works
- Send your style. Share your design drawings, tech pack or swimwear sample. A similar style from our range also helps us judge feasibility.
- Feasibility check. We review your style and confirm whether sampling is possible.
- Pay the sample fee. $50 per style (sometimes higher), then sampling begins — see our sampling page for details.
- Sampling. We develop the sample based on your tech pack or swimwear sample.
- Sample approval. You approve the sample — it sets the production reference.
- Bulk production. Production runs 28–35 days once your order is confirmed.
What we need from you
The better the starting point, the faster and more accurate the result. In order of preference:

- 👍 Sample onlyPhysical swimwear sample — we develop the tech pack from it.
- 🙂 Tech pack onlyA complete tech pack — clear and workable without the swimwear.
- 😕 Images or partial packFront/back images or an incomplete tech pack — possible, but development takes more time.
- 🚫 Sketch or conceptStrongly not recommended — aligning the details takes extensive back-and-forth.
A complete tech pack includes front and back images, the fabric and trims list with requirements, flat measurements for each part, and grading rules. Need help specifying or sourcing fabric or trims? See our fabrics & trims sourcing page.
No tech pack? We can still work from images or a swimwear sample — just expect more time in development.
About AI-generated images. Renderings that don't account for real fabric and construction fall into the hardest category — matching them takes extensive back-and-forth and is extremely time-consuming. We strongly advise against starting from a sketch or concept alone.
Sampling first
OEM always starts with a sample — bulk production only begins after you approve it. If you send us a swimwear sample, shipping is on you; let us know whether you want it returned. Samples are checked against your spec — see our quality control guide.
We may decline sampling when the order quantity is low, the style is complex, or the information provided is too thin. If we decline, we explain why and suggest alternatives — such as adapting one of our existing styles.

Because every style is different, an accurate EXW unit price is only possible after the sample is approved. OEM is not available for warehouse dropshipping — orders ship to you in one go.
Your design stays yours
Your patterns, tech packs and styles remain your property. We don't share them with other buyers, and we can work under NDA.

Can I use my own label?
Yes. TPU, heat transfer or woven labels are applied at production.
What is the minimum order?
300 pieces per style per color.
Do I need a sample first?
Yes. OEM always starts with sampling, and bulk production follows sample approval.
What if I don't have a tech pack?
We can work from images or a swimwear sample, but it takes more time. A sketch or concept alone is strongly not recommended.
When will I know the unit price?
The EXW unit price is confirmed after sampling, once the style and details are clear.
