Refund Policy
Sample orders are custom-made for product verification and are not eligible for return or standard refund after payment has been completed.
If there is a genuine production or quality issue, please provide clear evidence such as photos, videos, order details, and a description of the issue. After review and verification, we may arrange to remake the sample free of charge.
Subjective preferences, requested revisions, fabric or print limitations, display color differences, or changes in requirements after production starts are not considered refundable quality issues.
Shipping Policy
The website payment covers one sample swimwear and a flat $15 sample shipping fee shown at checkout.
The usual sample production lead time is 7 to 14 days, but this is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Production and dispatch may take longer because of sample complexity, fabric availability, print requirements, pattern adjustments, requested revisions, approval delays, or other production conditions.
You may choose your preferred logistics provider or shipping method. If you want to use your own shipping account or forwarder, please provide the required details before dispatch.
Delivery time depends on the selected logistics provider, destination, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, destination charges, or special shipping requirements remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may collect information needed to process sample requests, including your name, email address, company name, shipping details, selected product, selected color, selected size, payment reference, and communication history.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or card security code on our website. Stripe may process your payment information according to its own policies and security standards.
We may share necessary information with service providers involved in payment processing, sample production, logistics, shipping, customer communication, website hosting, or technical support. We do not sell your personal information.
